The Law Offices of Beverly J. Greely were established in 1986 in Houston, Texas.   The practice is a general practice with emphasis in family law, criminal law, personal injury law, mediation and appeals.

Our philosophy is that being involved in legal proceedings does not have to be equated to being "at war".  Accordingly, we measure our success by how well we can solve the problems of our client with the least amount of stress and emotional harm to them, as well as the other parties involved.  We are issue-oriented and practice law aggressively, but with integrity and respect for all involved.

Our primary goal is to  provide professional cost-effective legal representation, to insure that the law is understood and to stand loyal and committed to our client's causes.  Of utmost importance is the promotion of  honesty, candor and fairness.

• Criminal Law - Jury and nonjury trials of misdemeanor and felony cases, probation revocation hearings, license suspension hearings and expunctions.

• Personal Injury Law - Negligence cases, auto accidents, job injuries, premise liability cases, products liability case, medical malpractice cases.

• Probate Law - Will preparation, probate of estates and guardianships.

• Business Law - incorporations, partnership agreements, contracts and collections.

• Mediation - mediation, negotiation and settlement of family law and civil law cases.

• Appeals - Motions for New Trial, Civil/Family/Criminal Appeals to the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of the State of Texas.

Beverly J. Greely became licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice law in the State of Texas in 1986 and has been in the private practice of  law for 18+ years. During that time Beverly J. Greely has acquired a vast amount of trial and mediation experience, having handled in excess of 6000 cases since beginning the Practice.

Beverly J. Greely holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence Degree from The University of Houston Law Center (1985), a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music (Instrumental, Composition and Education) from Prairie View A&M University (1976),  received Basic Mediation Training at A. A. White Dispute Resolution Institute (1996) and Advanced Family Law Mediation Training at South Texas College of Law (affilliated with Texas A&M University)(1997), Advanced Family Law Course - (1989 - 2003)

Beverly J. Greely is licensed to practice law in the State of  Texas and has represented clients in many counties throughout the State of Texas. Beverly J. Greely is NOT BOARD CERTIFIED BY THE TEXAS BOARD OF LEGAL SPECIALIZATION.
